Tulle Tutu

Scarlett Rose us having a first birthday ballerina party and what better way to dress than in a tutu?! So today we bought Lavender and Purple tulle at ACMoore and some ribbon to make one for her. Excuse the lighting, but it really is adorable!
I measured her waist and ended up cutting about 60cm of ribbon to give room for tying around her waist. I cut the tulle in 50cm strips and folded them in half to tie around the ribbon. I continued all around until desired amount! Beautiful and fun! Tip:easier I tie on tulle when you have the ribbon tied around your leg for good hold!
